- All goods delivered in the UK and abroad are dispatched via Royal Mail. For security and tracking purposes all delivery options will require a signature as proof of delivery. All items will be dispatched in a presentation gift box. We deliver to most countries but if you are not sure whether we deliver to a particular one please check with us prior to ordering.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if the item is not to your requirement, you can return it for an exchange or refund. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase in their original condition together with the invoice. Please state the reason for return and if you require a refund or exchange and ensure that it is returned via a secure method either by Special Delivery or any other appropriate method. We will not be liable for the loss of these returns sent in the post by you or anyone on your behalf.
- All our goods are finished to the highest quality. In the unlikely event that they fail to meet these specifications, please notify us upon receipt and subject to our assessment we will be happy to offer an exchange or credit.
- Our products are under guarantee for one year from the date of purchase.

- All prices include VAT at 17.5%, postage is charged separately depending on the value and destination of the order.
